These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OOTD Inspired application (the "Service"), which is owned and operated by OOTDInspired LLC ("OOTDInspired LLC," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Use of the Service
You may use the Service to catalog your wardrobe, generate outfit suggestions, and share looks with the community. You agree not to misuse the Service, upload content you do not own, or violate any applicable law. OOTDInspired LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the wardrobe items, photos, and outfits you upload. By sharing content publicly, you grant OOTDInspired LLC a license to display it within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
OOTDInspired LLC may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through affiliate links on the Service, at no additional cost to you. As an affiliate, OOTDInspired LLC earns from qualifying purchases. We are not responsible for the products or services of third-party retailers.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated styling suggestions are for inspiration only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OOTDInspired LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, OOTDInspired LLC will permanently remove your personal data from the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
OOTDInspired LLC may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
